Terms and Conditions
Our licence
Rooli Casino is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and our E-gaming licence number is 0000002. English is our official language, and the English version of our rules decides any difference between translations.
Who can play
You must be 18 or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher, and online gambling must be legal where you live. Checking that it is legal for you is your own responsibility. Using a VPN to get around geographic restrictions is not allowed and can cost you your winnings.
Your account
One person may hold one account. Accounts that share a home address, household, IP address or device count as duplicates, and we may close them. We may ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method, and sometimes a phone or video check. Before you play with Bitcoin, we need your ID. If we cannot reach you by e-mail or phone within two weeks of your withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal is cancelled.
Bonuses
Every offer has its own rules for the minimum deposit, wagering and time limits. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and while it is active the highest bet is A$8. A withdrawal before the wagering is complete removes the bonus and its winnings. Abusing promotions, for example with several accounts or by delaying game rounds, can cost you the bonus winnings and future access to offers.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits must come from a payment account in your own name. Each deposit is wagered 3 times before it can be withdrawn. The smallest withdrawal is A$30, and you can withdraw up to A$8,500 in any rolling seven days and A$40,000 in any rolling thirty days. We pay out only after your identity checks are complete, and we aim to process approved requests within 72 hours.
Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on your winnings where you live.
Inactive accounts
An account with no login or play for 12 months in a row becomes inactive, and a monthly dormancy fee may then be taken from the remaining balance.
Complaints
Write to [email protected] or use live chat, and our team looks into your complaint first. If you are not happy with the outcome of our internal process, you can take the matter to EGIS, an independent dispute resolution body.
